Knight Frank Singapore announces three new Executive appointments

Tan Boon Leong joined Knight Frank on 14 March 2016 and has been appointed the Executive Director and Head of Industrial. He leads the company’s Industrial team in providing brokerage services in industrial sales and leasing and structured investment deals for business spaces such as warehouse, industrial, high-specifications factories and business park space. Boon Leong’s experience and track record in the industrial real estate market spans over 23 years with past successful transactions include 108 Jalan Lam Huat, 421 Tagore Avenue, Lam Soon Industrial Building, UE BizHub East, UE Print Media Hub and UE Tech Park, among others.

 
Having assumed his role on 15 March 2016, Calvin Yeo leads Knight Frank Singapore’s Office team in all commercial matters relating to office occupation; including relocation and expansion as well as developing bespoke project teams. Calvin is an industry veteran with 25 years of real estate experience, of which, he spent 20 years developing his portfolio in the Office Services sector. Calvin has advised clients ranging from Government institutions, public-listed and private organisations and multinational corporations. He has been appointed as Executive Director and Head of Office.
 
Wendy Low joins the company with more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of shopping mall and real estate management. Some of the notable recent projects that she has managed comprise Alexandra Retail Centre, HarbourFront and VivoCity as well as international properties such as Jaya Shopping centre in Petaling Jaya, KL and SC VivoCity in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Commencing her service on 1st April 2016 as Executive Director and Head of Retail, Wendy will take charge of Knight Frank Singapore’s integrated retail property services ranging from retail planning and consultancy to retail marketing and leasing.
