With 12 years' experience working in real estate research, Chris brings a holistic approach to his analysis. Chris has strong relationships with investor, developer and occupier clients including The Crown Estate, Derwent London, Grosvenor, Royal London, Convene and Lazari.
Chris co-edits Knight Frank's flagship London insight product The London Series, as well as authoring the quarterly London Office Market Report. Chris works closely with leasing, capital markets, lease advisory and occupier colleagues to deliver data-led but market-informed insight to inform both Knight Frank and client strategy.
