Claire joined Knight Frank in September 2024 as an Operations Coordinator, bringing more than eight years’ experience in the residential property sector. In her role, Claire supports every stage of the residential sales process, from the initial enquiry through to completion and the handover of keys. Working closely with the negotiators, she provides organised, proactive and reliable support, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
With previous experience as a Negotiator, Claire is also able to support the team with viewings, client relationships and sales progression. Her well-rounded background gives her valuable insight into the customer journey and enables her to provide practical, informed support at every stage.
Although Claire lives closer to Sussex, she spends much of her personal time exploring the Hampshire countryside and has extensive knowledge of Hampshire, Sussex and South Surrey. Her strong connection to the region, combined with her professional experience and client-focused approach, enables her to provide considered support and valuable local insight to clients and buyers.
