Donna Smith is an Operations Coordinator within Knight Frank's Commercial Insight team, based in London. She is responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service, coordinating the daily operations, processes and efficiencies of the department while supporting the delivery of key business objectives and initiatives.
Donna works closely with colleagues, stakeholders and clients at all levels, helping to coordinate projects, support business operations and maintain strong working relationships. Through effective communication and collaboration, she helps ensure the smooth running of the team and the delivery of exceptional service. She is also a Mental Health Champion, a First Aider and a member of Knight Frank's Working Families Employee Resource Group committee.
