Frederic joined Knight Frank's Residential Development team in 2015 and qualified in 2017.
Since then, he has honed his expertise within the Development Land Valuations team, specialising in residual valuations for loan security and valuations for internal review, primarily for developers and housing associations.
His area of focus is London and the South-East.
