Gemma is an Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Knight Frank, supporting the Regional Partner and the Exeter office sales team. Since joining Knight Frank as a Business Support Coordinator in 2022, she has progressed within the business and now plays an integral role in supporting clients, buyers and colleagues throughout the sales process.
Working closely with the negotiators, Gemma provides organised, proactive and reliable support, ensuring the support team in the office delivers the same high level of service. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and takes pride in her attention to detail, client-focused approach and commitment to maintaining the regulatory requirements involved in buying and selling residential property.
Born and raised in Devon, Gemma has a strong connection to the local area and a genuine appreciation for the South West, bringing valuable local knowledge and insight to her role.
