James is based in Knight Frank's Stratford-upon-Avon office and is the firm's longest-serving Partner. A Fellow of the RICS, he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1976 and has more than 45 years' experience advising on and selling some of the finest properties across Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Worcestershire.
Having joined Knight Frank following the merger of his own firm, Lambert Way & Co, in 1984, James has built an unrivalled knowledge of the regional market. His experience spans everything from village houses and farms to landmark country estates. He works closely with Knight Frank's Country House team to deliver exceptional results for clients.
Raised in a farming and racing family, James remains passionate about the countryside and runs a small farm and stud from his home in rural Warwickshire.
