She works closely with the negotiators to provide organised, proactive and reliable support throughout the sales process. She also trains and supports new starters, helping to ensure the highest standards of service, compliance and best practice are consistently maintained across the firm.
She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and takes pride in her attention to detail, client-focused approach, and commitment to complying with the regulatory requirements involved in buying and selling residential property.
Originally from Northamptonshire, Jo is a keen rugby supporter and long-suffering Saints fan. She enjoys spending time with her family and terrible terrier.
