Kerrie joined Knight Frank in January 2019, beginning her career within the residential property management team before moving into an operational role at the King’s Cross office. Following this, she progressed to Battersea & Riverside as Senior Operations Coordinator for Sales, where she further developed her leadership and regional support responsibilities.
Kerrie progressed into the Operations Executive role in 2023, supporting Central and South-West London offices. In her current role, she leads on operational performance, team development, compliance and process improvement, working closely with Regional Partners, Department Heads and Sales Managers to ensure consistently high standards across the business.
With over 13 years’ experience in the property industry across Edinburgh and London, Kerrie brings a strong operational perspective alongside a passion for developing high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement.
