Lexi Solt is a Trainee Surveyor in Knight Frank’s Education & Charities team. She joined the firm in 2024 and has worked within the Residential Development department since 2025.
Lexi assists on a range of valuation, development and agency instructions, including the preparation of Designated Adviser Reports, development appraisals, marketing materials and disposal advice across educational and charitable assets. She has been involved in a number of high-profile projects, supporting senior colleagues in delivering advice to institutional and private clients.
