Lydia is a Trainee Surveyor in the Commercial Insight team at Knight Frank, based in the firm's London HQ on Baker Street. She specialises in the logistics and industrial sector, alongside retail markets across the UK, and is currently working towards the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) on the Commercial Real Estate pathway while completing a Master's degree in Real Estate at the University College of Estate Management (UCEM).
Lydia contributes to Knight Frank's research publications, including quarterly Industrial LOGIC and UK Real Estate Navigator reports, as well as bespoke client reporting and consultancy projects. She is also part of the Insight team's AI Working Group, helping to streamline and optimise the use of AI across the team and presenting practical use cases to colleagues.
Lydia supports retail pitch work, produces research reports to inform the buying and selling of assets, and delivers benchmarking analysis on retail centres for investor clients. Her expertise adds value by providing clients with strategic advice on acquisitions and disposals, and by translating market research and insight into clear, evidence-based recommendations that help shape and inform their real estate strategies.
