Michaela joined Knight Frank in 2025 as an Operations Coordinator, supporting the Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire Residential Sales teams. In 2026, her role expanded to include support for the Henley-on-Thames team, and to the wider Country Business, working closely with colleagues across the business to help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Working closely with the negotiators, Michaela provides dedicated support to clients and buyers, helping to deliver a seamless and professional experience throughout the sales process. She is committed to providing a five-star service and is highly attentive to client care, detail and the regulatory requirements involved in buying and selling residential property.
Having grown up in Buckinghamshire and now spending much of her time in Hertfordshire with her partner, Michaela brings a strong understanding of both counties and the communities within them. Her local knowledge, organised approach and commitment to excellent service enable her to provide informed and effective support to clients, buyers and colleagues across the region.
