Numaan Iqbal is a Senior Data Analyst in Knight Frank’s Commercial Insight team. He specialises in the analysis and interpretation of UK office market data, with a focus on regional Cities, Life sciences & South East and Greater London markets.
Numaan works across large-scale datasets covering take-up, availability, development pipeline and occupier demand, supporting the delivery of Knight Frank’s flagship research publications and client reporting through data-driven insight and visualisation.
He works closely with agency and capital markets teams, as well as institutional clients, providing analysis that underpins strategic decision-making, client pitches and market commentary.
Numaan plays a key role in improving data processes and consistency across regions, including the development of automated workflows, dashboards and shared data resources. His work supports both internal teams and external clients by translating complex data into clear, actionable insight.
