Rachael is an Associate and Head of Sales Progression for Knight Frank’s Country Sales, supporting the Bath, Bristol and Exeter offices across the South West Region, together with the Stratford office in the Central Region. Since joining Knight Frank in 2017, she has established and developed the Sales Progression Department, creating a dedicated service focused on delivering a seamless client experience.
With extensive expertise in managing residential property transactions, Rachael oversees the sales process from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion. Acting as the central point of contact for vendors, purchasers and their solicitors, she provides clear communication, proactive guidance and meticulous attention to detail at every stage.
Known for her problem-solving skills, commercial insight and collaborative approach, Rachael works to identify and resolve potential issues early, helping to keep transactions on track and minimise delays.
