Toby is an Associate Partner at Knight Frank Finance, working closely with local Knight Frank offices and external professionals to support clients with a wide range of property finance requirements. Having initially joined Knight Frank Finance in 2020, he brings a strong background in commercial and private banking, with experience advising clients on both straightforward and more complex lending needs.
Toby can assist with finance for a broad range of property types and circumstances, from standard family homes to properties with acreage, outbuildings, commercial premises, bridging loans and development requirements. His understanding of the lending market enables him to help clients identify suitable options and navigate the finance process with confidence.
Through Knight Frank Finance’s access to the whole mortgage market and dedicated relationships with teams across many lenders, Toby is able to pre-assess cases that may not meet standard lending criteria. This allows him to provide informed, proactive advice and help clients find the right finance solution for their individual needs.
