Having lived in and around the county throughout his life, he has developed an extensive knowledge of the local market and is known for providing informed advice and a highly personal service. His expertise extends across Lapworth, Rowington, Lowsonford, Henley-in-Arden and the surrounding villages.

After attending Warwick School, Will joined Knight Frank’s Birmingham office in 2007. Following a period with local agencies, he returned to the firm in 2013 and joined the Stratford-upon-Avon office, becoming Office Head and Partner in 2021. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. A keen sportsman, he regularly plays tennis and golf and remains a passionate supporter of his former rugby club.
